Carol Taylor is a lawyer and the first quadriplegic fashion designer. Carol recently made history showcasing her adaptable clothing range at Australian Fashion Week with her business partner Jessie Sadler under the Christina Stephens collection.

In 2001, an accident left Carol a quadriplegic. Despite her limited movement, Carol was determined to find and embrace the beauty in life and spent years teaching herself to use her paralysed hands to paint. Carol found a way to draw, paint and create. She is now making a social change with a vision to bring adaptive clothing to mainstream fashion retailers.

Lisa Cox is a dynamic and inspirational multi-awarded writer, presenter, business consultant and media professional committed to improving the representation of disability in mainstream popular culture. Lisa won gold at the 2021 Stevie Business Awards for Communications Professional of the Year plus silver awards for Social Changemaker of the Year and Most Innovative Woman of the Year (NGO), and was a finalist for the 2021 Small Business Champion Awards.

Stephanie Dower is a writer and editor with a strong passion for promoting disability inclusion both on screen and behind the scenes. She has worked across short films, TVCs and online content and last year collaborated with Taste Creative and Bus Stop Films for the production of a short film, Sunshine which premiered at the Brisbane International Film Festival and was recently selected to be screened at the Cleveland International Film Festival in the USA. Stephanie is a committed disability advocate and was recently appointed to the newly formed Equity and Diversity Taskforce at Screen Queensland.

Gary Allen not only runs his own business, Australian Human Research Ethics Consultancy (AHRECS), he is CEO and co-founder of Enabled, a virtual business incubator for entrepreneurial Australians living with disability. Enabled provides access to business advice and expertise, a resource library, webinars and online events, a learning space, a digital marketplace, mentoring and an online community.

Light refreshments will be provided and drinks can be purchased.
